Art, History, Genealogy and Design may seem like a unlikely combination
but they form a undenialble part of my Career as Artist
and Designer.
However a great part of my spare time has been devoted to Genealogy.
I asume even more time will be taken up by it, in the near future
and will be spend on digging and probing into the past,
in an effort to find, I do hope, even older Historical LINKS or striplings and roots.

Introduction to the Art Gen and History site
by Jon Streep The pictorial information will deal basically but not exclusively
with Art and Design. The GENealogy section will deal topics related to FAMily history in a broad sense ie the history of mankind,
its broad movements, rulers and language and symbols. Another section is dedicated to Sterren and Strepen ; Stars and Stripes.
Why you might ask STARS? They get all the exposure they need. And real stars radiate their own light. How true. Well, I must
confess,
How and why should one improve and possibly even add something to this body of written knowledge? The point is, strictly speaking
for myself ofcourse, also relevant. Motivation: The big guestion is for many of us the same. Who , Where, and How. And after
all "What is in a name?"
Shake's Peer (sic). I intend to demonstrate, or better to concentrate, on names and even more specificly:
The STAR and STRIPE like names and of course
all their natural links or striplings.
