African Heritage Dance Theatre is a multi-cultural informative and entertainment organisation. The organisation was established with special focus on the promotion of Nigerian arts and cultures and the ideal of African tradition in general internationally.

 African Heritage Dance Theatre is a professional group of trained and multi-faceted artistes with exceptional flair in the performance of a variety of African dances and music. The troupe has incorporated other African musical-dances expressions in its performance routines. Its extensive performances and shows on several world podiums have always drawn rave reviews and acclaim from a broad spectrum of international audience. Over the years, the African Heritage troupe’s artistic excellence has been a reference point in traditional African folk music and dances.

African Heritage Dance Theatre performance comprises, melodious songs and scintillating choreographed dance routines, performed with blending of traditional/contemporary African musical instrument such as Ekwe, Bata, Djembe, Congas, Xylophone, bongos, bass drums, Dundun, Calabash, Balophone, Shakers, Talking drums and the native flutes etc- as the rhythm section and in glittering traditional costumes. African Heritage Dance Theatre performances are like an adventure through the native land of Africa. The composition covers all part of Nigeria and other African countries.
