The page takes a wile to load, so I bid your patience.
After you downloaded a file unzip it and open it in PSP.
Go to File/export/as picture tube. Now count the pictures vertically and horizontally and fill in both numbers. The amount resulting should be the same as the total number of pictures in the tube. Name the tube and OK it!

Although this is a tube I usually use it as a layer on my pictures, and move each layer a bit.
I assemble all the layers in animationshop for the real snow effect. (see
my snowglobes)
