The CSI unit investigates four fatalities on one wild night in Las Vegas: a nightclub shooting, a stripper found dead in a hotel suite, a man found electrocuted in his bathtub, and a body clad in an alien costume found near Area 51.

A wild night in Las Vegas has the CSIs simultaneously investigating four fatalities.

Greg Sanders' first day in the field has him assisting Grissom's investigation of a fatal nightclub shooting. Meanwhile, Catherine probes into the death of a stripper found in a Las Vegas hotel suite. Across town, Warrick is called to an apartment building to investigate possible foul play in the death of a man found electrocuted in his bathtub. Lastly, Nick and Sara investigate a body found buried wearing an alien costume near Area 51. Back in the lab, Greg Sanders' replacement, Chandra, (Aylesworth), is overwhelmed by the fast-paced world of the CSIs.

After a heavy rain, the CSI team is called to investigate the deaths of two people found in sewage drains to determine whether either was murder.

Heavy rain in Las Vegas causes the CSI team to investigate the demise of victims found in the sewage drains.

When Grissom and his team investigate the apparent murder of a man found in a storm sewer, Catherine and Warrick find themselves searching for clues in the storm drain tunnel, where they learn that this may not be a murder after all. Meanwhile, across town sanitation workers stumble upon human bones also found in the drain. Through further investigation, Catherine, Warrick and Grissom identify the victim and now need to follow the trail to find the killer.

The CSI team investigates the kidnapping of a young girl.

The city is on "Amber" alert while the CSIs race against the clock, searching for a missing girl. Meanwhile, Catherine struggles with being a single parent to her rebellious daughter, who is the same age of the missing victim, and Greg may have finally found a worthy replacement in Mia Dickerson (Aisha Tyler).

Two women are found dead with lesions on their skin that lead the team to suspect ebola, but the focus changes when they learn that both victims received anti-aging treatments from a plastic surgeon.

Catherine and Nick delve into the dark world of hazardous cosmetic procedures to keep people looking young.

Catherine is called to the scene of an apparent death from Ebola, but the autopsy reveals the lesions on the female victim's skin are from cosmetic surgery. After a second female victim is found dead with similar indicators, Catherine and Nick discover that both women have recently undergone an anti-aging treatment from a plastic surgeon. Meanwhile, Grissom, Sara and Greg investigate a homeowner found dead inside his tented house post-fumigation.

The team investigates a group of swingers in a gated community when one of them is found murdered after attending one of the group's parties.

The CSI team investigates a murder victim found floating in a gated community fountain after attending a neighborhood swingers party.

The evidence reveals that the victim had sex with multiple partners, which helps the CSIs track down the crime scene to a neighbor's backyard. Meanwhile, Warrick and Nick investigate the bloody murder of a video arcade landlord. Also, Catherine justifies why she is a good candidate to be the supervisor on the day shift.

Grissom is haunted by the return of the blue paint serial killer, who got away two years ago, as the team investigates the murders of four college students.

As the CSI team investigates the multiple murders on the WLVU college campus, they realize that the murders took place on the two-year anniversary of the execution of John Mathers, a man found guilty of murdering a woman in the same manner as these new victims at this college campus. The main clue tying four murders together is the blue paint found on all the victims' hands. The killer fooled the CSI team two years ago, when another murder took place the night of John Mathers' execution, and Grissom and team are determined to not let that happen again.

The CSI team investigates the death of a high-school student at a private party in a hotel suite upstairs from the school's homecoming dance.

Grissom works with a CSI from the dayshift on the murder and apparent kidnapping case of two high school classmates attending their formal held at a Vegas casino.

Louise Lombard ("Hidalgo") guest stars as a dayshift CSI working with Grissom. Xander Berkely ("24") returns as Sheriff Atwater and Jon Tenney ("Brooklyn South") guest stars as the father of a kidnapping victim.

Grissom abruptly leaves a dinner honoring Conrad Ecklie's (Marc Vann) appointment to new Assistant Director of the Crime Lab after he gets an urgent page to rush across the street to a hotel suite where a high school student was found dead. Dayshift CSI Sofia Curtis (Lombard) assists Grissom with the case. The autopsy reveals that the victim died of suffocation after one of her classmates was kidnapped from the party. The CSI team now races to find the kidnapped victim before she is found dead, too.

The CSI team investigates a transgender woman found brutally stabbed and mutilated. This leads the team into the fringe world of sex changes and transgenders in order to catch a killer.
